youknowyoucan; look, I originally got this from you. you were my inspiration way back before I was losing weight by not eating. I didn’t have a tumblr, but I had your url and I watched it constantly. once I made a tumblr, I followed you right away. but I was already into not eating. I remember reblogging this from you. it was during the few weeks where I tried eating healthy again, where I tried doing it the right way. those old posts, they’re my inspiration. they were pushed into my subconscious mind and they’re what’s telling me to eat healthy, to lose weight the way I should. think back to what inspired you. think back to the way things used to be. get that mindset again and you’ll get where you want, to your ugw. I’ll get that mindset with you. we can do this, and we aren’t alone. <3

Okay, so let’s see, you ate big, greasy lunch - so what? This was your ‘cheat meal’, look on the bright side - it’ll boost your metabolism, you satisfied your cravings and you’ll remember how bad you felt after eating that so you’ll choose better the next time. As for the skipping dinner, I do not recommend it, no matter what, you body should have all meals, just eat something light, like fruits, steamed vegetables or vegetable soup. Work out a bit longer than usual and tomorrow get back to eating healthy food! It’ll be okay! Don’t worry, honey! :)
